Communities are enriched through the inclusion of all people

Our Outreach services currently provide support and services to people living with disability in the Broome area with the aim to extend services across the region.

Community Hub (next to McDonalds in Broome)

Our hub is a culturally safe drop-in centre where people can access showers, access skill development, sit in a safe place and have a break, and support to connect with other services/ planned activities.

The hub is open Weekdays between 8.00am – 12pm.

Outreach work

We have both male and female outreach workers that meet people where they are, (in the community, home or camp) and check in, assist with appointments, provide connection to services, and coordinate on or return to country trips.
Outreach is scheduled weekdays between 8am -12pm.

Referrals

We can assist people to engage with appropriate external services via our referral service.

This initiative has been made possible through the support of the Western Australia Department of Communities
